A pool safety fence is available free of charge upon request. The finca is in a very quiet, secluded countryside area, just 4 km from the town center and about 35 minutes from the airport. The beach of Es Trenc is 10 minutes away; a golf course and Cala D'or Marina can be reached in about 20 minutes. Families with children are welcome. Baby cots are provided on request. Pets and smoking are not permitted. Air conditioning is available in all bedrooms and the living kitchen. Two bicycles are provided. This property features energy- and water-saving facilities. Electricity is generated by photovoltaic systems. As is common in the countryside, the house has a cat that lives outdoors, is regularly vaccinated, and should be fed once daily. In return, it keeps the property free from unwanted guests and other strays.
